SEXUAL PROBLEMS OVERVIEW

We have study in sex education that for years, men believed that sexual problems were a normal part of growing older of life. Fortunately, modern medicine and changing attitudes have debunked this myth. As men and their healthcare providers become more comfortable when they talking about sexual problems and new health care treatments are developed, there is no reason behind the question that why men cannot remain sexually active well into their 70s and beyond.



Sexual Dysfunction problems in men include:

●An inability to acquire or maintain an erection satisfactory for sexual intercourse (also called impotence or erectile dysfunction [ED])

●A lack of interest in sex (diminished libido)

●Premature ejaculation for sexual intercourse

●Delayed or inhibited ejaculation during sex



SOME SERIOUS COUSES OF SEXUAL PROBLEMS IN MEN

Impotence, also referred to as an erectile dysfunction (ED), is the most important term used to describe for those mens who cannot acquire or maintain an erection during 75 percent of attempts to have sexual intercourse. Men who experience an occasional inability to have an erection and then have no sexual problems later its mean, do not have erectile dysfunction (ED).

Limited blood flow into the penis — Anything that limits blood flow to the penis can cause impotence. These are the most common conditions that limit blood flow include cigarette smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, alcoholism, drug abuse, normal aging, and depression. In addition, many commonly prescribed medications can interfere with male sexual function.


What are sexual problems in men?

As we know that sexual health is an important part of a man's life, no matter his age, civil status, or sexual orientation. It is also an important part of a couple's foundation and contributes to the quality of happy life.  Lots of Sexual problems in men can seem taboo but they are very common problems. We have written this article  to help patients better understand the possible problems affecting their sexual health and if possible, to make them talk about them with their doctors.

The definition of sexual dysfunction or penis erection is the inability to have a satisfactory sexual relationship. This definition depends on each person's own interpretation on what he/she judges satisfactory himself. In general, sexual dysfunction can affect the quality of life and, even more importantly, can be the first symptom of another medical or psychological problem. Any sexual complaint related this article should be taken seriously and evaluated.
